The Stickers feature allows you to have more fun with the desktop, allowing you to add stickers to your wallpapers. According to a demo leaked online, “Stickers” is an option, and you must enable it manually through the Background settings page in the Personalization section. Once enabled, the selector UI will appear on the desktop (similar to the emoji panel), allowing you to choose from any available stickers. After selecting the sticker, you can resize it and drag it around the desktop. Once in place, the sticker will be preserved even if you change wallpapers. It’s unclear when participants of the Windows Insider Program would be able to test this feature on Windows 11. However, it would appear that this is optional and designed purely as a non-productivity feature. All content on this site is provided with no warranties, express or implied.
