Thus far, the development team has been improving the Start menu with the settings to control the “Recommended” section. The Taskbar is getting tweaks like clocks for all monitors, a new option to share a window while presenting on a Teams call, and a mute button for calls. Also, Windows 11 22H2 is expected to include new system hardware indicators for volume, brightness, privacy, and airplane mode to align the new design language. The desktop is getting a Spotlight collection to refresh the experience every day automatically will new wallpapers. File Explorer will receive some design tweaks, but nothing major. You will find an updated version of the Settings app with new features and more settings for the Control Panel. For example, you will now be able to uninstall updates and control more networking settings. The Touch Keyboard theming will expand to more input features, including the emoji panel, voice typing, and IMEs. The Sun Valley 2 update will introduce a new Voice Access feature to control your laptop or desktop computer using their voice. Microsoft is also expected to begin the Windows Subsystem for Android (WSA) rollout with version 22H2 to bring support to run Android apps and games on Windows 11 and more.
