In addition, build 19042.610 fixes an issue that may cause a computer to stop responding after you have been using the pen for a few hours, resolves incorrect processor frequency, and problem starting the Windows Subsystem for Linux 2 (WSL2) on ARM-based devices.

Microsoft has announced KB4580364 (builds 19041.610 and 19042.610) in the Windows support site, and if you already have the October 2020 Update or May 2020 Update, you’ll get these fixes: The update KB4580364 is also available for devices still enrolled in the Beta and Release Preview Channels, but in this case, you’ll get all the changes available with build 19042.608, plus a fix that causes the Docker pull operation to fail.
