In Windows 10 Mobile build 10586.107, Microsoft is not adding new features, but it’s fixing a Start screen issue that could cause a tile to go missing, and there are also improvements on Narrator and the device reset when using Device Encryption.

Here’s what’s new in build 10586.107

Fixed an issue where in some cases a device could have missing tiles on the Start screen after going through the device out of box experience. Improved support in Narrator to speak in multiple languages. Improvements to the device reset experience when BitLocker\Device Encryption is enabled by enterprise policy or by the user.

Along with the new update for mobile devices, the software giant is also announcing a third ring of updates for both PC and mobile. It’s called “Release Preview”, a new ring that targets users that want to get previews of the operating system, but they wish to stay on the Current Branch (e.g., 10586), while receiving patches, apps, and driver updates. The Windows 10 Mobile cumulative update is available immediately through Windows Update for phones enrolled to the Fast ring of updates using the Windows Insider app. Build 10586.107 will download and install automatically, but you can always go to Settings > Update & security > Phone update and tapping the Check for updates button.
