Sync tabs
For example, in Blue, it seems that Microsoft is borrowing a feature from the Google Chrome and Firefox playbook. That is, sync tabs, an early version of IE11 shows an option called “Show synced tabs” and it basically means that open tabs can now follow you between PCs when you are signed-in, including when you’re using your Surface tablet.

Then we have another feature called “View downloads” that will be easily accessible from the wrench menu in the modern UI version of IE. It does what the name implies, it shows a list of all your downloaded content with a few options (Open, Open file location, Delete file and Clear) to manage the list.
This is a nice addition that sure will help Microsoft to keep users more engage in the modern Windows 8 UI experience, because users won’t have to switch to the desktop just to open a downloaded file.
Tracking Protection
Finally (as far as I know), Internet Explorer 11 will include a new feature called “Tracking Protection” — not to get confuse with the actual Do Not Track (or DNT) that already comes in IE and in most popular web browsers –. This is another similar way to guard your privacy by blocking web content from services that could track your browsing behaviour. With this feature, you’ll have to go online, download and configure specific tracking protections lists.
It is worth noting that all the new features are found within the modern version of Microsoft next build of IE.
