On Windows 10, this week you learned how to install the Technical Preview on a virtual machine using VirtualBox and VMware Workstation. You also learned how to uninstall updates for the preview if your PC starts acting up. This week we also looked at all the features Microsoft decided to include in Windows 10 Technical Preview. There is also a Windows Technical Preview Quick Guide that you can download to get started with the operating system. Continuing with Windows 10, you now also know how to dual-boot Windows 10 with Windows 7 or Windows 8 using a virtual hard drive. Something really easy to do that will allow you to test drive the new operating system fully without having to modify anything in your system. In a series of how-to guides I also showed how to get back the Start screen in Windows 10, if the Start menu isn’t your thing or it feels like a step backward. And there is also a way to enable the new Notification Center in Windows 10, the only problem is that it doesn’t do much. Microsoft announces that themes, custom backgrounds, and taking in-game screenshots are coming to Xbox One. Finally, Lenovo announces the new YOGA 3 Pro Ultrabook running Windows 8.1.
