According to a number of complaints on Reddit (link 1) (link 2), after installing the latest firmware, the devices are experiencing higher than normal thermal throttling causing the processor to drop its clock speed down to just 400MHz intermittently. This behavior happens when the Surface is plugged in to a power source or unplugged with battery fully charged. It’s unclear the reason that’s causing this throttling problem, but it appears that it’s a driver issue....

It was previously only available for commercial use as part of Office, but now it’ll be available to everyone on Windows 10. Using the Microsoft Graph, apps and services can easily find data, such as user profile information, or content like files or documents on OneDrive, and even calendar and messages coming from Exchange. Other services participating in the graph, include OneNote, Planner, Outlook, and more will keep coming....
The new update is only two versions greater than the last build, as such this is just a minor release, it only ships with bug fixes based on feedback. Looking back to previous names (such as May 2019 Update and October 2018 Update) that the company has been using, the new reference makes a lot of sense, and it appears that Microsoft will continue to follow the pattern when it comes to naming its feature updates. If the name stays, we can only assume that the next feature update is likely to arrive sometime in May — toward the end of the month or during the first weeks of June....
Although you can always download the Media Creation Tool to reinstall Windows 10, this process involves extra steps, and you may not be able to keep your files (unless you create a file backup manually). Starting with Windows 10 20H1, Microsoft is updating the “Reset this PC” feature with a new option to allow users to download the Windows 10 installation from the cloud, instead of using the local recovery image....

Unlike recent releases of the operating system, version 21H2 will be a significant update that will layout the groundwork to further modernize the experience visually and internally.
