In a new post from the Building Windows 8 blog, Microsoft details how this utility is being redesigned in the upcoming release of the OS together with a new NTFS health model. The move to the new service started a few weeks back with the release of Skype version 6 for Windows and Mac OS X. While there has been a Facebook and Messenger app for the operating system, they were only designed for Windows 8.x. The Windows Store doesn’t keep a good record of update changes, but for this particular update the log shows that the Facebook app now adds support tagging, users can also upload and download files and photos from Facebook messages, and a variety of new functionality such as: set your cover photo and profile picture from the app, and you can now use your profile picture as your Windows account picture....

Firefox 4 has already surpassed 3,500,000 downloads and it is not stopping. There were also words that suggested that the Release To Manufacturing (RTM) version of Windows 8.1 would leak over the weekend.
