In addition, the software maker notes that this is a worldwide voluntary recall and in the coming days there will be a specific website with information and details for customers. The Channelnomics Europe report also says that the recall will be for power cables that are sharply or repeatedly bent or wrapped. Furthermore, the recall won’t extend to Surface Pro 4, as this model is not affected by the power cable overheating concern.
