To check the status of all your devices from your Microsoft account, use these steps: While in the “Overview” tab, you’ll see a list of all your devices connected using the Microsoft account, which can include any computer running Windows 10, Xbox One, and phones that are linked to your PC. At glance, you can no only see all your devices from a single dashboard, but each tile gives you a quick status of anything that may require your attention. If you want to check the status of a device, simply click the Show details link.
Status
In the Status page, you can see the version of Windows 10 that the device is running and if it’s missing any important updates. The page also includes information about Windows Security, and in this section, you can see any alerts for virus, performance and health, firewall, and apps. You can also click the More option on the right to see which security feature are currently running on the device. The Status page also shows which drives on your computer have BitLocker (drive encryption) enabled. If the feature is disabled, you can click the link on the right to learn the steps to turn on BitLocker. At the bottom of the page, you can see storage information, including capacity, data usage, and you can quickly find out whether you need to clean up or get a bigger drive.
Device info & support
The Device info & support is a good place to find out more about your system configuration, including processor, graphics card, memory, device serial number, and the edition of Windows 10 and its version.
Find my device
If the feature has been enabled, in the Find my device tab, you can see the last known location of your device. In the case that you misplaced your device, or it was stolen, and it’s found using this feature, you will be able to see its location on a map along with battery information and option to lock your device to prevent others from gaining authorized access to your files. While you can check the status of other devices, you’ll only see all the details described above from a computer running Windows 10.
