Up until now, we only have some screenshot images and a few details about the updated menu, but now thanks to Microsoft’s Jen Gentelman, we have a short animated GIF showing the new changes the company has been working on, including a hamburger button on the top-left corner and a new unified list that includes “Most used” and “All apps” list view.

In the image below, you can see how the new Start menu has some resembles to the Mail app on Windows 10.
Since Windows 10 first launch in 2015, we have been trying to get Microsoft to bring together the user-interface experience, and it seems we’re about to see just that with Anniversary Update and beyond.
